Follow the "learning pathway" or select your own exercises
Keeperstrainer.com offers the possibility to follow a "learning pathway" for goalkeeper training with young children. During the development plan, the goalkeepers will be able to train the most critical goalkeeping skills in a playful manner by making use of key elements in the exercises.
Besides that www.keeperstrainer.com/en/ has the possibility to select suitable exercises for goalkeeper training with children by using filters. This way you train the goalkeeper skills you think your keepers need and/or like.

Following the "learning pathway"
www.keeperstrainer.com/en/ contains a "learning pathway". During the development plan, the goalkeepers will be able to train the most critical goalkeeping skills in a playful manner:
- Through Balls
- Build-up
- Shots from the side
- Shots at the goal.
The main moments keep coming back during the "learning pathway" and the more you progress in the "learning pathway", the more difficult it gets.
We advise, when training with children U10, U11 and U13, to work through the development plan in order. So start with training 1 and finish with training 12. This way the young keepers develop their goalkeeping skills in a playful manner.

Self-selection of suitable exercises
At Keeperstrainer.com there are not only exercises that are suitable for goalkeeper training U10. You can choose between level A, B or C and select suitable exercises for each age group.
With www.keeperstrainer.com/en/ you can easily create your goalie training for goalkeepers U10, U11, U13, U15, U17, U19 or seniors.
You decide which goalkeeper element is important to you at that moment and select the right exercises.
The exercises are carefully selected and developed with a detailed explanation, variation, points of attention and clear illustrations. You can also watch video footage of the exercises to get a better idea of the organization of the exercise.

Structure of the exercises for goalkeeper training with young children
The time that goalkeepers waited in line to be trained is long gone.
With the exercises and complete goalkeeper training sessions for children from www.keeperstrainer.com/en/ all goalkeepers have their task.
Because the goalkeepers who are not in the goal also have their part to play in the training, they are also training or having an "active rest".
During those "active rest" moments in goalkeeper training they train, for example, the throwing, the first touch or the instep kick.
This way a dynamic exercise is created where each goalie has his task and is busy to improve that particular part.
