Goalkeeper exercises with a good organization
The exercises on www.keeperstrainer.com/en/ are built for training the goalkeeper skills on different levels.
You can use the filters on the website to select exercises for training with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 goalkeepers.
No matter how many goalkeepers you train with, behind every exercise is a certain goal.
To achieve that goal, it is important that the exercise runs smoothly.
A good organization is essential for a good start of the training session.
That's why every exercise on Keeperstrainer.com includes:
- A clear drawing
- A clear description
- An accompanying video
- Variation possibilities
- Points of attention for the trainer and goalkeepers
- Required materials

All videos recorded with a drone
In addition to the clear and detailed drawings, each exercise is accompanied by a matching video.
The videos are recorded with a drone.
This offers the possibility to show the exercises from different angles and heights.
For the organization it is important that the entire exercise is shown on screen. This way you can see exactly where on the field the goalkeepers (and goalkeeper trainer) take position and where you put a cone, ladder or other materials.
The drone is an excellent tool for this.
All goalkeepers are active
During the exercises and complete training sessions of www.keeperstrainer.com/en/ all goalkeepers are active.
Not only the goalkeeper in the goal is training. The other goalkeepers also have their task in the exercise and must of course perform it as well as possible.
They are training for example, the first touch, the instep kick or the throwing.
The "active rest" of the goalkeepers who are not in the goal creates a dynamic exercise.
Each goalie has a task and is busy improving that particular part.

During the goalkeeper exercises you can apply variations
The variations described under the explanation of the exercise can be used to extend the exercise.
The most obvious way is to start the exercise simply, to let the goalkeepers get used to it, to show them clearly what the intention is, and to "let it run" dynamically.
Then you can use the variation parts to make it a bit more difficult and challenging to the goalkeepers.
Of course, you don't have to use all the variation elements of www.keeperstrainer.com/en/ in your exercise.
Just pick out the variation elements that you as a goalkeeper coach think your goalkeepers can handle, need and/or like.
